Erica Reder

Erica Reder is a philanthropy professional with over a decade of experience working in the social sector. As Grants Manager at Waverley Street Foundation, she carries out all aspects of grants administration, from compliance review to database management.

Before joining Waverley, Erica worked in grants management at Hirsch Philanthropy Partners and Tides, supporting an array of partners in executing their philanthropic goals. Her experience includes managing complex grant processes for organizations dedicated to advancing equity and improving the wellbeing of individuals and the planet.

Erica holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Yale and a Master of Theological Studies from Harvard Divinity School. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the natural beauty and cultural offerings of San Francisco, where she lives with her husband.
